For anyone that stumbles across this journal, please be aware that this is my personal list of fanfiction recommendations. This journal was started for my own reference purposes but if anyone discovers it, please remember these warnings:

1. The vast majority of these works will contain graphic descriptions of sex. I may/may not remember to put up any warning about the sexual practices contained therein so read at your own risk.

2. These works may depict homosexual relationships. If you can't handle this, don't read and definitely don't make any derogatory comments.

3. No profit is being made from recommending these workds of fanfiction and the rights of the respective original authors are not being violated.

Oh and although I am concentrating mostly on Inuyasha these days, I also read widely in the fandoms of FullMetal Alchemist, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Highlander, Stargate SG1, Star Wars: The Phantom Menace, Saiyuki, Fruits Basket and Rurouni Kenshin.

The Truth Hurts...In A Good Sorta Way by Carlet

I really enjoyed this fic, especially at first. The premise of the story is that Kagome accidentally comes into contact with a flower whose pollen makes her express every thought that goes through her head out loud for a month. This sounds cliche and silly but it's a lot of fun. I felt the story went a bit downhill in the second half though. There wasn't as much substance and Sesshoumaru is very OOC. The ending seemed a little, well, rushed as well. Nonetheless, a fun read that made me laugh. Go ahead and enjoy yourself.

Oh and here is a new (to me) Inu no Tasisho/Kagome one.

The Longest Journey by Kanna37

I was excited to find this fic but sadly enough, it didn't live up to its potential. The reason for this was because it was just too rushed. The interaction between Kagome and Toga isn't as developed as it could have been. I would have liked to have seen an extended courtship.

I really like the papa/Kagome fics that I've found but they're scarce. One of the reasons that kept me reading Tears of the Fallen by ShadowWeaver1 was her Toga. Best Toga I've read so far and definitely the best part of the story.

Tooth and Fang by Amara Anon One-shot S-R
Very cute. Shows the relationship between Rin and Sesshoumaru without being overly soppy as well as another, unknown side of the impassive demon lord.

The Diary by Tomosaho WIP S/K
A remake of an unfinished classic. The author's notes can grate on the nerves at times but on the other hand, I enjoyed the fact that she obviously likes to put a bit of authenticity in the story.

EDIT: I enjoyed Sesshoumaru's Dilemma but was really disappointed to find that is was merely a gen fic and that in the sequels, Sesshoumaru ends up with some random OFC youkai.

I only really keep this journal to keep in touch with all the lj communities I visit.

I like anime and manga, particularly Fullmetal Alchemist, Saiyuki, Fruits Basket, Rurouni Kenshin, Chobits and Hana Kimi, as well as Lord of the Rings and anything by Tolkien, Harry Potter, Highlander, and Pirates of the Carribean.

Music-wise I enjoy bands like U2, Queen, Panic! At the Disco, Evanescence, The Killers and mainly alternative bands although I can be fairly electic at times.

Otherwise, not much happens in my life. I'm a university student studing arts and majoring in an assortment of history and other social studies.
